For those who may have trouble reading the text, in it Ryan requests funds to develop the Kenosha Community Health Center, a care facility for low-income folks, to be funded under a program created by the Affordable Care Act (ACA), also known as "Obamacare." Yet just this week Ryan called for the total repeal of the ACA. So, Ryan was for the ACA before he was against it, I guess?
